Rapid Response Teams (RRT) are mobile security units that promptly arrive at the site when an alarm signal is received.
Key tasks of the RRT include:
-
Immediate dispatch upon a signal from the Central Monitoring Station (CMS)
-
Protection of clients’ lives and health
-
Prevention of theft, assaults, and hooliganism
-
Detention of offenders until the police arrive
-
Ensuring the safety of staff and property
The main advantage of RRT is response speed: on average, a team arrives at the site within 3–7 minutes, depending on the district.
